Anna, 23 years old, works at night as a cleaning lady, lives a modest life with her two kids and her husband Don in a trailer in her mother's garden. She has learned to live with her dull existence, while waiting for better days. Her life takes a dramatic turn, when her doctor tells her that she has uterine cancer and only two months to live. She compiles a list of things to do before she dies, arranges her family life and falls in love with a lonely man she meets in a laundromat.

ISABEL COIXET
Isabel Coixet was born in 1950 in Barcelona. Very young, she goes to her neighborhood cinema and is offered a camera Super 8 for her 12th birthday. She received her bachelor degree in History at the University of Barcelona, she writes her thesis on 1970s cinema, and starts her film director career with Mira y veras (1984). She found her own production company Eddie Saeta and directs 4 feature films of which: A los que aman (1998) and La Vida secreta de las Palabras presented at Creteil (2006).
